Adobo is considered as the “Filipino’s National Dish”. Filipinos have been cooking Adobo even before the Spanish colonized the Philippines. Adobo is my favorite kind of meal. My mother cooks it for me evrytime because she knows that I like adobo.

Lumpia is a classic dish that’s a common sight on most tables in Filipino homes, from everyday meals to the grandest parties. Whether it’s filled with humble vegetables or the juiciest meat, these simple rolls are enjoyed and beloved whatever the occasion.

Lomi or Pancit Lomi is a Filipino dish made with a variety of thick fresh egg noodles. Because of its popularity at least in the eastern part of Batangas, there are as many styles of cooking lomi as there are eateries, panciterias or restaurants offering the dish.
